About screen & dtf printing in Dubai
Garment decoration is chosen by run length and artwork, not by preference. Screen printing pushes plastisol or water-based ink through a mesh, one screen per colour — unbeatable on cost, opacity and hand-feel once you are past about 50 pieces of the same design.
DTF (direct-to-film) prints full-colour artwork with a white underbase onto film, which is powdered, cured and heat-pressed onto the garment. It handles photographic logos, gradients and one-off names on any colour of cotton, polyester or blend, with no screen setup at all.
For corporate polos, caps and jackets we embroider. Digitised stitch files hold their shape through industrial laundry, which matters for hospitality and facilities uniforms that are washed daily.
We wash-test every new artwork setup before releasing a bulk run, and we stock Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and local UAE-market blanks so a uniform order does not wait on an import.

Every job on this line is colour-managed to the same G7 targets as the rest of the building, so work can move between processes without a visible shift in brand colour.

- What is the minimum order for t-shirt printing in Dubai?
- One piece with DTF. Screen printing becomes worthwhile from about 50 shirts per design, because each colour needs its own screen and setup.
- Which lasts longer, screen printing or DTF?
- Both survive 50+ washes when cured correctly. Screen printing has the softer hand on large solid areas; DTF holds fine photographic detail and gradients that screens cannot reproduce.
- Can you supply the garments as well?
- Yes — we stock t-shirts, polos, caps, aprons, hi-vis and tote bags in UAE sizing, or we decorate blanks you supply at a reduced rate.
- How quickly can uniforms be printed for a Dubai event?
- Small DTF batches can be ready in 24 hours. For 100+ screen-printed uniforms allow three to five working days, including a physical sample for approval before the bulk run.
