Delivery & Returns

Express: 24–48 hours on selected products such as business cards, flyers, stickers and other standard digital prints, once your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed.

Offset printing, custom packaging, rigid boxes, large format, signage and branded gifts take longer. The expected time is shown on each product page or confirmed in your quote.

Production time starts after final artwork approval. Orders approved after working hours or on public holidays start on the next working day.

We deliver to all areas of Dubai and across the UAE. The delivery method and charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery may apply above a set order value where stated at checkout.

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Failed deliveries due to wrong details or no one available may need to be re-arranged at an extra charge.

Every printed and packaging item is made to order with your artwork, text, sizes and choices. For that reason, custom printed products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, design changes, or errors in artwork you approved (spelling, phone numbers, colours chosen, layout).

Please check your proof carefully before approving. Approval of the proof confirms the content is correct.

In line with UAE consumer law, we will reprint or refund if your order:

• has a printing or manufacturing defect,
• arrives damaged, or
• does not match the approved proof and specifications.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos of the items and packaging. We may ask for the items to be returned for inspection. After checking, we will reprint the affected items or refund their value.

Small variations normal to printing — slight colour differences between screen and paper, minor trimming tolerance, and quantity variance within industry norms — are not defects.

You can cancel free of charge before your artwork is approved for production. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because materials are printed specifically for you.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Card refunds usually reach your account within 5–14 working days, depending on your bank.
