About digital printing in Dubai
Digital printing is the fastest route from an approved PDF to a finished job. There are no plates to make and no make-ready waste, so a 50-card reprint costs the same per sheet to set up as a 5,000-flyer campaign. We run HP Indigo liquid-toner and dry-toner presses that hold a 175 lpi equivalent screen, which means fine serif type, hairline rules and skin tones stay clean at reading distance.
Because the press is driven by a RIP rather than plates, every sheet can be different. That is what makes digital the right choice for numbered ticket books, personalised invitations, VIP name badges, QR-coded direct mail and NCR sets where each pad carries its own sequence.
Colour is not left to the press default. Every digital device on our floor is profiled to the same G7 grey-balance targets as the offset hall, so a business card printed digitally on Monday matches the offset brochure printed the following month. Where a brand colour sits outside CMYK gamut we flag it at pre-flight and quote the spot alternative rather than let it drift.

Every job on this line is colour-managed to the same G7 targets as the rest of the building, so work can move between processes without a visible shift in brand colour.

Our prepress team preflights every incoming file free of charge, checks bleed, resolution, spot colours and trapping, and returns a digital proof for approval before anything is committed to press. Colour-critical jobs can be proofed on the final substrate.
Most work on this line is delivered within two to five working days from approval, and rush slots are available when a deadline is fixed. Delivery is free across Dubai and next day to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates. Because print, finishing, packing and installation all sit under one roof, there is one team accountable for the schedule.

- What is the minimum order for digital printing in Dubai?
- There is no plate cost, so we print from a single copy. Practical minimums are 50 business cards, 100 flyers or 25 booklets — below that the handling time, not the printing, sets the price.
- Can you deliver same-day digital printing?
- Yes. Print-ready artwork approved before 11:00 is normally finished the same working day for collection from our Al Quoz facility, with courier delivery across Dubai the same evening where the finishing allows.
- Does digital printing match my Pantone brand colour?
- Digital reproduces most Pantone references within a ΔE of 2–3 using our G7 profiles. For colours outside CMYK gamut — bright oranges, deep blues, metallics — we advise moving that item to offset with a spot ink, and we tell you before quoting.
- How much does short-run digital printing cost?
- Small sheet jobs start around AED 90 for 100 A6 flyers or AED 120 for 250 business cards on 350 gsm. Price falls sharply with quantity; above roughly 2,000 sheets offset usually becomes cheaper and we say so.
