About Tri-Fold A4 Brochure Printing
The tri-fold is the workhorse of Dubai counter displays and direct mail. Six panels give you room for a cover, a short story across the inside spread and a panel for pricing or a map. We can crease it as a roll fold, where panels tuck inside each other, or a Z-fold that opens out like a concertina — say which you want and we set the creases accordingly. Stocks run from 170gsm for high-volume mailers up to 350gsm for something that feels closer to a card. Digital printing keeps short runs affordable and offset takes over on larger quantities, with a proof issued either way before production starts.

Common questions
How to supply your artwork
- 1. Export a print PDF. PDF/X-4 or a flattened press-quality PDF keeps fonts and transparency safe. We also accept AI, INDD and PSD.
- 2. Add 3 mm bleed. Extend backgrounds 3 mm past the trim on every edge and keep text at least 4 mm inside it.
- 3. Use CMYK, not RGB. Convert images and swatches to CMYK; name any Pantone you must match exactly.
- 4. 300 dpi at final size. Large-format banners can run at 150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance.
- 5. Outline or embed fonts so nothing reflows on our machines.
- No print file? Our studio sets up artwork from your logo and content — send what you have on WhatsApp and we will send a proof.
