Common questions

How to supply your artwork

1. Export a print PDF. PDF/X-4 or a flattened press-quality PDF keeps fonts and transparency safe. We also accept AI, INDD and PSD.
2. Add 3 mm bleed. Extend backgrounds 3 mm past the trim on every edge and keep text at least 4 mm inside it.
3. Use CMYK, not RGB. Convert images and swatches to CMYK; name any Pantone you must match exactly.
4. 300 dpi at final size. Large-format banners can run at 150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance.
5. Outline or embed fonts so nothing reflows on our machines.
No print file? Our studio sets up artwork from your logo and content — send what you have on WhatsApp and we will send a proof.
