Screen printing is cheapest per unit above roughly 50 shirts with one to three colours and gives the most durable finish. DTF transfer prints full-colour photographic artwork with no colour limit and is better for small runs and complex designs.
Embroidery suits polos, caps and workwear where a raised, permanent logo is expected. Artwork is digitised once and the file is kept on record for repeat orders.
